a natural product. If sediment occurs, shake up the good stuff before use.
How to use Tman’s ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar):
Shake well before use. Do not refrigerate.
Avoid mixing with boiling water.
As a drink: Take 15ml ACV in a glass of water 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals.
Topically for hair: Put it on your hair after you shampoo. Leave it in for 5 minutes, then rinse.
Once weekly only.
